My name is Mia Jennings, founder of OneSelf Yoga®. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 200), a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT®), and a Yoga Therapy practicum student. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Wellness Coaching, grounding my work in both embodied practice and evidence-informed wellness.

OneSelf Yoga® provides safe, supportive, and affirming spaces for all. Our offerings are open to everyone, with programming thoughtfully centered on the experiences and healing needs of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC).

Our mission is to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being that honors lived experience, body autonomy, nervous system regulation, and practices that extend beyond the mat and into daily life and community.

Practicum Student Offering - Free Yoga Therapy Sessions


I am currently a Practicum Student in Yoga Therapy, walking the path toward becoming a certified professional yoga therapist. As part of this journey, for a limited time, I am offering free yoga therapy sessions to deepen my experience while holding space for your healing, growth, and restoration.

Yoga Therapy is a personalized healing approach that blends the wisdom of ancient yoga practices with therapeutic techniques to support your unique health and wellness goals.

You are warmly invited to join me in this shared practice of care and connection. Sessions are fully insured and designed with care, cultural awareness, and a focus on safety and support.

Classes/Workshops

Yoga classes rooted in Raja Yoga offer restorative, gentle flow, and prenatal practices with personalized instruction in mindful movement, breath-work, and meditation, focusing on holistic wellness, self-awareness, and the mastery of the mind.
Classes are available in person or virtually.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is a personalized and holistic healing practice that supports the mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga and informed by modern science, yoga therapy meets you where you are, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Unlike a general yoga class, yoga therapy is tailored specifically to your needs, health conditions, goals, and lived experiences. Whether you are navigating stress, chronic pain, anxiety, grief, trauma, or physical rehabilitation, this practice offers tools to reconnect with your body and restore balance from within.
